Online Account Management Registration Terms and Conditions


The following Terms and Conditions shall govern the use by you, SkyTel's subscriber or its authorized representative ("You" or "Subscriber"), of the SkyTel Customer Service Website to access Subscriber's account. By clicking "I Agree" below, (i) You certify that You are the Subscriber, or an authorized representative of the Subscriber, for the SkyTel account and PIN(s) being accessed, and (ii) You hereby agree to and accept these Customer Service Website Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for Use of SkyTel's Web Site.
  1. SkyTel requires that You use a "secure browser" to access Subscriber's account via the SkyTel Customer Service Website in order to protect Your user name, password and account information. If You don't have a secure browser, You will need to download one from www.microsoft.com (MS Internet Explorer v3.0 or greater) or home.netscape.com (Netscape v3.0 or greater).
  2. SkyTel shall not be liable for use of the Customer Service Website, including without limitation any unauthorized use of Subscriber's user name, password or account information. Subscriber assumes all responsibility for use of the Customer Service Website and waives all claims against SkyTel Communications, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers and programmers, that may arise from the utilization of the Customer Service Website. Should the Subscriber allow others access to its user name, password or account information, Subscriber shall be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to Subscriber's account.
  3. With Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, You will be provided with access to Subscriber's account information.
  4. The information You provide here is primarily used to service Subscriber's SkyTel account, and, with Your consent indicated below, to provide You with information for future offers of SkyTel products and services. SkyTel will not share or sell Your information to any outside or third party for marketing purposes.
